Social Media & Me is a community process that aims to connect & understand how experiences with social media interactions and content both positively and negatively impact our mental health and wellbeing. By exploring typical teen experiences online, we aim to elevate what teens see as supportive in their social media interactions and what they wish would change. Together, we will uncover how social media can be used as a tool for self-growth and how we can learn to limit the negative impacts it has on us.
